"Its All About The Believing"

Then He said to Thomas, "Reach your finger here, and look at My hands; and reach your hand here, and put it into My side. Do not be unbelieving, but believing."

And Thomas answered and said to Him, "My Lord and my God!"

Jesus said to him, "Thomas, because you have seen Me, you have believed. Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed."

And truly Jesus did many other signs in the presence of His disciples, which are not written in this book; but these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that Believing you may have life in His name. John 20:27-31

Its all about the believing! Believing means life in Him! It says here that Jesus did lots of other signs, wonders, and miracles that we don't get to know about. It says that everything that is written is for a single purpose, that we too would believe and get to have life in and through Him.

What about this example: Then the king was exceedingly glad for him, and commanded that they should take Daniel up out of the den. So Daniel was taken up out of the den, and no injury whatever was found on him, because he believed in his God. Daniel 6:23

Daniel survived the lions. Why? Because he believed in his God. You and I get eternal life. Why? Because we believe Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God!
