Without Ceasing

In 1Samuel 1, Hannah desperately wants a son, and she was barren.

There were a lot of days where all she could do was pray. All she could do was pray to God. Her husband was getting annoyed with her, her rival continuously taunted her, and the priest thought she was a crazy drunk.

It was completely beyond her control. The whole situation was way outside of her realm of power. There was truly nothing she could do. But pray.

There are a lot times in life, when we have two choices, pray or freak out.

1 Thessalonians 5:17, "Pray without ceasing."

There are millions of things in life, that are beyond our control. We can't do anything, but give the situation to God.

And when those moments feel overwhelming, pray. Pray without ceasing. Don't stop!

Hannah received her son.
