Call In The Holy Guard!

We all know this verse, "She is a tree of life to those who lay hold of her;  those who hold her fast are called blessed." Proverbs 3:18

We read that and we know this: Wisdom is important.

Do we know this verse?

"For the protection of wisdom is like the protection of money, and the advantage of knowledge is that wisdom preserves the life of him who has it." Ecclesiastes 7:12

Do we know how important wisdom is?

If someone was going to attempt stealing our money, we'd karate chop their arm, and Chuck Norris kick them. Ok, maybe not so extreme, but you see my point. We protect our money. It's important. We need it for everyday functions.

But isn't that true about wisdom?

Don't stop after asking God for wisdom.

PROTECT IT!

Protect it! Protect it with your life! You need wisdom! You need God's wisdom in order to function in this world!

So don't treat it flippantly. Treat it like the treasure it is, and call in the Holy Guard for protection.
